Proposal designed: Free consultancy on solids control plan according to clients' requirements and operational environment, optimal proposal for individual clients.
02 / Delivery & installation
Delivery follow-up: Within 1 week after equipments are delivered, the sales staff will contact the user to inquire about acceptance and other conditions. Sales staff will supervise equipment operation process and offer installation services.
03 / Training & support
On-site Training: The company will dispatch after-sales personnel to the site for installation guidance, debugging, and training.
Technical Support: Troubleshooting guidance will be provided to users via telephone.
Remote Network Support: Online technical support is available through our company website, email, and other online channels.
On-site Service: Upon receiving a failure notification, we will arrange for technicians to rush to the site as soon as possible.
Regular Follow-up Visits: Once the equipment enters the operational phase, the designated personnel will conduct regular follow-ups and send letters to remind clients of maintenance precautions and the replacement of wear-prone parts.
